Thing-a-Day Jan 23 #20 - Updates

 Okay, so I didn't have time to write the second part of the Goblins story today... again. Here's why.

I decided to go get my tailbone looked at by a doctor. He poked and prodded then recommended I come back on Tuesday when the imaging tech will be back. You'd think a clinic like that would make sure to schedule their people a little better. Yeah, I'm bitter.

After that, I decided to call my dentist and ask for more antibiotics due to the newly-acquired infection in my facehole. "Sorry, we can't do anything but recommend that you continue to take your regular dosage of ibuprofen and swish with salt at least four times daily, but we did find a cancellation! Will you be available Monday morning to see your dental surgeon?" With the face-pain and swelling, I didn't feel like being sarcastic to the nice lady.

After that, more work shit.

At least date night was fun! We went to Steamboat Hot Springs. I got my second-favorite room, the Blue room! My favorite is the Red, but I don't like using it because it's the handicap room, and I'm not a complete dickhead.

So there. Tomorrow is Storytime Saturday, and I'm going to write Part 3 of Sash! Sunday, I'll probably write the second part of Goblins.

There's not much to say. I kept an eye on the developing story regarding the shootings in Los Angeles, CA today. Which ones, you ask? HA! That's a good point! That part actually doesn't matter to the context of my rant. What does , is the fact that the politicians went on politicing during the press conference about the shooting!
